Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All items are made to order and processed within 2-7 business days before shipping.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on the customer's location. The following are estimated timeframes after fulfillment:

United States: 3-7 business days

Canada: 7-15 business days

Europe: 5-10 business days

International: 10-30 business days

These are estimates and do not account for carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or customs processing.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit (no tracking updates for 30 days U.S. / 45 days international), we will offer a replacement. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

The recipient is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

We are not responsible for customs delays.
