Refund & Return Policy:

Order Issues & Eligibility for Refunds/Replacements

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyers remorse or incorrect sizes. However, we are happy to offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item or incorrect design, please reach out within 7 days with photos, and we'll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost in Transit: If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days (U.S.) or 45 days (international), we'll investigate and issue a replacement if necessary.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Item

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for wrong size selections, as all items are printed on demand. Please double-check size charts before purchasing.

Refunds will not be issued for minor variations in color due to screen differences.

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will assist in tracking your order.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

2. A clear description of the issue

3. Photos of the defective or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will provide an update within 3 business days on the next steps.
